When you complete our quote form we collect: your name, telephone number, email address (optional), postcode, the service you are interested in and any job details you choose to provide. We only collect information that is necessary to respond to your enquiry and provide our services.

We use your information to: respond to quote requests and arrange site visits; carry out and deliver decorating work at your property; contact you about your project; send invoices and handle payments; and keep records for accounting and tax purposes. The site also uses Google Ads conversion tracking cookies to measure how our advertising performs — for example, recording when a form enquiry or phone call came from one of our adverts.
